Thomas R. Latuszek

Thomas R. Latuszek joined Worsek & Vihon in 2023 after over 10 years of working at the Cook County Board of Review.  During his tenure at the Board, Tom handled and successfully adjudicated thousands of appeals for numerous property types, including: commercial and industrial properties, including those in the Central Business District; apartment buildings; residential single-family homes; and townhomes.  Tom was instrumental in helping launch the Board of Review’s all digital appeals system, which served to modernize and enhance the appeals process.  He also organized numerous outreaches to help taxpayers, including partnering with the Polish American Association where he currently serves on the Board of Directors.  A long-time Northwest side resident, Tom graduated from DePaul University with a Bachelors degree in Business.  When Tom isn’t fighting over assessments, he enjoys watching his son play baseball.
